Cancellation and changes
Plans change. Here is how cancelling or changing a booking with UZORA Travel works.
Free cancellation
| Day tours and transfers | up to 24 hours before the start |
| Tours of 2 to 4 days | up to 48 hours before the start |
| Tours of 5 days or more | up to 30 days before the start |
The time counts from the start of your trip, in Tashkent time. You pay nothing when you book: payment is made in our office, or to the driver for transfers. Cancelling within these times is free of charge.
After the free cancellation time
You can still ask to cancel or change your booking. Contact us and we will tell you what applies.
Changing your booking
Until 24 hours before your trip you can change your hotel or pickup address, the pickup time and your phone number yourself, on your Manage my booking page.
For a new date or a different number of people, send us a request: it depends on availability, and the price may change with the number of people.
How to cancel or change
Online: open your booking with the link in your booking email, or on the Manage my booking page, and choose Request cancellation. We confirm by email. Manage my booking →

Booked on Viator or another platform?
The cancellation terms of the platform you booked on apply. Please cancel or change your booking there.
